This kit utilizes fluorescence PCR technology, with specific primers and probes designed to target the conserved 5' UTR region of the enterovirus genome. The probe is labeled with a reporter group at the 5' end and a quencher group at the 3' end. During PCR amplification, as long as the probe sequence remains intact, the fluorescent signal from the reporter group is absorbed by the quencher, preventing fluorescence. When the probe binds to the template, Taq enzyme (with 5'→3' exonuclease activity) cleaves the probe, separating the reporter and quencher groups, thereby allowing fluorescence emission. The fluorescence PCR instrument automatically generates a fluorescence curve based on the detected signal and determines the results.
The internal control for this kit is the human β-globin gene, which monitors sample collection, transport, extraction, and the detection process.
High Throughput and Broad Range: This kit supports high-throughput detection, enabling the simultaneous testing of up to 94 samples in a single 96-well experiment.
Short Detection Time: Results can be obtained within 1 hour.
No Risk of Contamination: The fully closed-tube operation minimizes contamination risk.
Sample Quality Monitoring: The non-competitive human β-Globin internal control assesses sample quality and PCR inhibition factors, helping prevent false-negative results.
