The Hepatitis B Virus / Hepatitis C Virus / Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence Quantitative PCR) enables sensitive and specific detection of HBV, HCV, and HIV-1 RNA/DNA in plasma, serum, or whole blood samples with just 200 μL required. This kit offers high accuracy, demonstrating a correlation coefficient (R^2) of over 0.999 for standard curve analysis. It exhibits excellent specificity, showing no cross-reactivity with other pathogens like cytomegalovirus or influenza A virus. Real-time monitoring is integrated with an exogenous internal control to ensure result reliability.

Product Details FAQ Specification Instructions

Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) is the pathogen responsible for hepatitis B and belongs to the family Hepadnaviridae, characterized by high viral replication and mutation rates. HBV has been found to consist of at least 8 genotypes (A to H), each genotype further divided into different subtypes, with occurrences of genetic recombination between genotypes.

Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) is the causative agent of hepatitis C and is a single-stranded positive-sense RNA virus classified under the family Flaviviridae, genus Hepacivirus. HCV genotyping generally includes six types: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a double-stranded positive-sense RNA virus classified under the family Retroviridae, genus Lentivirus, within the group of human slow viruses. HIV is divided into HIV-1 and HIV-2 types. In China, HIV-1 is the predominant strain, comprising subtypes A, B, C, D, F, G, H, J, and K, as well as different circulating recombinant forms (CRFs) and unique recombinant forms (URFs). HIV-2 is primarily concentrated in West Africa and has not yet achieved global dissemination, with limited reported cases in localized areas of China.

 Sample Compatibility: Plasma, serum, whole blood. Sample volume required is only 200 μL.

 High Accuracy: Capable of quantitatively detecting Hepatitis B Virus, Hepatitis C Virus, and Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 content in samples with high precision, producing expected test results.

 Excellent Specificity: No cross-reactivity observed with pathogens such as human cytomegalovirus and influenza A virus.

 Real-time Monitoring: Introduction of exogenous internal controls to monitor the entire extraction and PCR detection process.

 Simple Operation: Pre-mixed reaction solution, requiring only minimal preparation before use to effectively prevent aerosol contamination.

The Hepatitis B Virus / Hepatitis C Virus / Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescence Quantitative PCR) is utilized in the field of biomedical research. It is employed for sensitive and specific detection of HBV, HCV, and HIV-1 RNA/DNA in plasma, serum, or whole blood samples. This kit is valuable for studying the molecular characteristics, epidemiology, and pathogenesis of these viral infections. Additionally, it supports research into antiviral drug development, vaccine studies, and understanding viral dynamics. Its high accuracy and specificity make it an essential tool in virology and infectious disease research.

Using this assay kit to detect nucleic acid samples of known concentrations for Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), and Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1). The logarithmic deviation between the quantified values and theoretical values is ≤0.5, indicating high accuracy of quantification for this assay kit. The results are shown in the following figure:
