This detection kit is suitable for detecting the tNOS terminator gene in transgenic crops, aimed at screening whether the crops to be tested contain tNOS components. Its purpose is to establish a rapid fluorescence quantitative PCR detection method for the tNOS gene in transgenic crops.

tNOS Gene Nucleic Acid Detection.
1. After using this kit to detect crop nucleic acid samples and plotting the standard curve, the correlation coefficient (R²) of the Ct values for the tNOS target gene reached 0.998. This indicates that the kit has a good linear relationship and high PCR efficiency. The results are shown in the figure below:
2. Different transgenic crops (soybean, corn, rice, canola) and non-transgenic crops were tested using this kit for comparison. The non-transgenic crops showed no amplification signal, indicating that the kit has universal applicability and excellent detection specificity.
