This product selects the ORF1ab and N gene (FAM)) regions of SARS-CoV-2, the specific regions of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (HEX), the specific regions of Influenza A Virus (ROX) and Influenza B Virus (CY5.5) and designs seven sets of primers and fluorescent probes that cover five sites of the genes. The seven sets of primers and probes can specifically bind to the target sequences. When the RT-PCR amplification reaction is performed, the fluorescent signal (s) can be detected by a full-automatic fluorescent PCR detector to realize real-time online monitoring of the RT-PCR reaction. In order to control the entire extraction and detection process, human gene was act as a non-competitive internal control during the extraction and detection process.
1. The unopened kit should be stored at -25℃ ~ 8℃ away from light.
2. The kit can be stored for up to 12 months if all components are kept in the manner above. Do not use after the stated expiry date.
3. Don’t open aluminum pouch unless you are ready to use the kit.
4. The lyophilized reagents (reaction mixture) reconstituted with water should be stored at -25℃ ~ -15℃ away from light for up to 1 week. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw (no more than 2 times).
5. The kit can be transported at up to 37℃ for no more than 1 month.
