Bioer offers three different types of products: no internal control, exogenous internal control, and endogenous internal control.

The kit achieved qualitative detection of ASFV by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) combined with Taqman fluorescent probe technology. The primers and Taqman probes in the kit were designed using the specific fragment of the conserved gene VP72 of ASFV.

Summary: In this validation, the detection rate for positive serum diluted by 2000 times is 100%, and the detection rate for a 4000-fold dilution is 75%.

1. The kit need to be transported under freezing conditions.

2. The kit should be stored at -25℃~-15℃ away from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw more than 5 times.

3. The kit can be stored for up to 12 months if all components are kept in the manner above. (Please use the kit in the period of validity).
