Sequence analysis of PRRSV strains isolated from different regions showed that there were two genotypes of PRRSV, one was the American type represented by VR-2332 strain, the other was the European type represented by Lelysta virus, and there were significant differences in antigenicity and pathogenicity among different strains. This kit is suitable for the auxiliary diagnosis, detection and epidemiological investigation of highly pathogenic porcine blue ear virus strain in lung, lymph, tonsil, brain tissue and serum of pigs.
