The mobile PCR laboratory developed by Bioer Technology is designed according to the biosafety level P2+, with independent three areas to ensure the safety of the experimental personnel and the reliability of the results. The vehicle design ensures fast emergency response, which can be rapidly deployed and put into use in case of emergency, thus gaining precious time for epidemic prevention and control.
The daily detection quantity in the laboratory can reach 1000 cases (equipped with a Bioer nucleic acid purification instrument NPA-32P and a fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument FQD-96A). The nucleic acid purification instrument and fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument can be increased in the future according to the requirements, doubling the detection capacity of nucleic acid.

  • Extensible cabins : 1.The laboratory is independently set up in three areas, each with expansion cabin of automatic expansion. Integrated power supply is adopted by external power supply, UPS, inverter, battery and other combined power supply modes to ensure the stable operation of all kinds of laboratory equipment. 2. Adopt efficient filtration and fresh airsystem, equipped with temperature and humidity monitoring and ozone sensors, to monitor indoor air quality in real time and ensure indoor air is clean. 3. Equipped with UPS emergency power supply to ensure the independent conduct of experiments in an emergency. 4. Equipped with GPS positioning function, three-area independent monitoring and camera function, to ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel. 5. Equipped with hatch door interlock design to ensure the safety and reliability of the experiment.

  • Efficient environmental protection: 1. Adopt vehicle-mounted design to avoid lifting process and adapt to various road conditions. 2. Only water and electricity are needed to reach the site, which can be put into use within 1 hour at the earliest. 3. According to the epidemic prevention and control situation, complete elimination of the vehicle after completion of the work can be used again.
