Anhui Bioer Biotechnology Co., Ltd., established in 2020, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hangzhou Bioer Co., Ltd. It is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the R & D and production of molecular diagnostic reagents, consumables, microfluidic chips and other products, with a total investment of 459 million yuan.
Bioer bio aims to build a domestic biomedical high-end consumables and reagent product line and contribute to the development of China's high-end consumables and reagent production capacity. The project covers an area of 42 Mu and a construction area of 35000 square meters. ERP, SRM, WMS and other information and automatic management software are introduced to improve the company's digital and intelligent management level and production efficiency. With a total construction area of 13000 square meters, phase I has built a 100000 level clean workshop meeting the GMP requirements, introduced more than 60 high-end brand injection molding machines and equipped with a central feeding system, and the whole process is mechanized, automated and intelligent. It can form a production line with an annual output of 1.6 million sets of molecular diagnosis supporting consumables, 6 million sets of laboratory general consumables and 400000 sets of microfluidic chips, reaching the international leading level. Phase II construction will build a nucleic acid detection kit, nucleic acid extraction and purification kit, immune detection kit and protein recombinase production line with an annual capacity of 400 million people. The completion of Bioer biology will greatly enhance the market competitiveness of domestic high-end consumables and reagents and promote the import substitution process of domestic high-end consumables and reagents.
The construction of Bioer biology has been strongly supported by Anhui provincial government, Tongling municipal government, Yi'an economic development zone and other government departments at all levels, showing the all-round service and dedicated care of government departments to promote the development of high-tech enterprises.
