BioEasy 5×qPCR Master Mix (Lyophilizable) is specially developed for the product freeze-drying process, and used for Fluorescence Quantitative PCR Reaction Using DNA as template. This product contains BioQuick Hot Start Taq glycerol-free antibody enzyme developed by Hangzhou Bioer Technology company, can effectively inhibit the non-specific amplification of primers at low temperature and improve the specificity of the amplification reaction. BioEasy 5×qPCR Master Mix (Lyophilizable) contains optimized buffer system, dNTPs and Mg2+, etc. It optimizes factors that can effectively improve the amplification efficiency of PCR reactions, and suitable for specific detection systems labeled with fluorescent probes. This product is suitable for QuantGene 9600 (FQD-96C) and LineGene 9600 Plus (FQD-96A). Specially, the amplification time can be shortened to 25min in the QuantGene 9600 (FQD-96C) nucleic acid detector, which greatly reduces the reagent detection time. The reagent is used for lyophilization and has good lyophilized appearance, reconstitution and stability.
