This product is a one-step reverse transcription amplification (RT-PCR) reagent, it can be used to detect RNA samples by end point reverse transcription amplification. only need to add primers and templates before the reaction.The solution already contains dyes necessary for electrophoresis, and electrophoresis can be carried out directly after the reaction. The PCR product amplified with this product has an "A" base attached to its 3 'end and can be directly cloned into T-vector.
