This kit provides a very simple, fast and cost effective technique to isolate pure high molecular-weight genomic DNA directly from human whole blood treated with commonly used anticoagulants such as citrate, heparin, EDTA, and also suitable for serum, leukocytes and other special samples. A standardized process (resuspend lyse neutralize, beads binding, washing and elution) is established to purify 32 samples once by using our Nucleic Acid Purification System.
