This real-time RT-PCR test kit is designed for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA from human nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs, sputum, alveolar lavage fluid specimens. This kit is a real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT -PCR) detection kit, specially targeting ORF1ab gene and N gene of SARS-CoV-2. It also targets endogenous internal control (β-globin gene) to monitor the quality of the specimen collection and extraction process. The lyophilized powder is designed for easy storage and transportation while ensuring the sensitivity and accuracy of the kit.

Experimental data

The standard SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid was diluted to 500copies/mL and 400copies/mL with 2ng/ L human genomic DNA product, respectively. Each concentration was repeated 20 times. The results were as follows:
