Real-time quantitative PCR is a fast and accurate method for the detection of penaeid shrimp, which has economic benefits in the food industry.


This kit is used for the qualitative testing of white spot syndrome virus nucleic acid (DNA) in aquatic animals such as shrimp and fish. This kit uses the specific gene fragment design primer and Taqman probe of white spot syndrome virus to achieve qualitative detection white spot syndrome virus. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit.
