Magabio plus virus DNA / RNA Purification Kit II
Magabio plus virus DNA / RNA Purification Kit II is specially used to extract high-purity virus DNA / RNA from whole blood, serum, plasma, disease materials, sampling swabs, feces and body fluids. The kit adopts a unique lysate system to efficiently and quickly lyse the virus to release DNA or RNA, and then highly purify nucleic acid combined with a new nano magnetic bead technology.
The kit has the characteristics of good stability, simple operation and high sensitivity. The whole extraction process takes only 35 minutes. The purified nucleic acid can be directly used for downstream detection, such as ngs, qPCR and so on.
