CentriDx™ Sexually Transmitted Disease Panel I is used for the qualitative detection nucleic acids of thirteen pathogens in sexually transmitted disease pathogens in male urethral swabs, female cervical swabs and urine from suspected cases (asymptomatic and symptomatic individuals), including Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG), Treponema pallidum (TP), Human herpesvirus 1 (HSV-1), Human herpesvirus 2 (HSV-2), Mycoplasmoides genitalium (MG), Mycoplasma hominis (MH), Gardnerella vaginalis (GV), Trichomonas vaginalis (TV), Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU), Haemophilus ducreyi (HD), Ureaplasma parvum (UP), Candida albicans (CA). This kit is used for auxiliary diagnosis and epidemiological monitoring of thirteen pathogens and cannot be used as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment, or patient management decisions.
