Product Details FAQ Specification Instructions

The one-step reverse transcription (RT) real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR amplification reagent provided in this kit is used to make RT and PCR in the same reaction system, reducing the risk of contamination during operations such as opening the cap and pipetting. This product optimizes the integration of M-MLV (H-) reverse transcriptase and antibody-modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase to improve amplification sensitivity and specificity. This product introduces the dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system. The heat-sensitive UDG can function at room temperature and can be inactivated when reverse transcribed at 50 °C, which can effectively prevent the risk of aerosol contamination of amplification products without interfering with the amplification reaction. At the same time, this product has optimized the reaction buffer system to promote the effective amplification of the template. Through the improvement of each component and the application of high-quality enzymes, the kit has the advantages of high amplification efficiency, strong specificity and high sensitivity.

1. High Specificity: Utilizes a hot-start method to effectively control non specific reactions.

2. Contamination Prevention: The qPCR premix contains dUTP/UDG components to prevent false positives caused by PCR product contamination.

3. Wide Applicability: Suitable for probe-based assays.

4. Simple Operation: Few components make it easy to use.

5. Multiplexing: Supports multiple PCR reactions.

The PEDV control sample was subjected to gradient dilution using sample preservation solution, and then extracted using the MagaBio plus Virus Nucleic Acid Purification Kit III. The extracted material was subsequently used to compare and verify amplification performance and Ct values using the reagents from BSB73 and competing manufacturers N and T.

Results: The results show that in the amplification performance of PEDV using BioEasy's BioRT One-Step RT-qPCR Kit (containing UDG) with PEDV primer-probe detection, The amplification curves and Ct values of BSB73 are superior to those of the competitor products from foreign suppliers T and N.
