Lentivirus samples were stored in Viral Transport Medium and placed under the conditions of 2-8℃ and 25℃ respectively. 293T cells were infected at 24h, 48h and 72h. The activity of virus was verified by monitoring the expression of green fluorescent protein:


Specimens prescrved in Viral Transport Medium for nucleic acid extraction or testing are allowed to be transported and / or stored at 2 --8°C for up to 30 days or at less than 25°C for up to 72 hours. Specimens preserved in Viral Transport Medium for viral culture are allowed to be transported and / or stored at less than 25°C for up to 72 hours.
